RESA is pleased to once again partner with NYU’s School of Professional Studies on Real Estate Acquisition & Ownership, a 7-week evening course designed to provide a comprehensive, real-world understanding of how real estate transactions are executed across residential, commercial, and retail asset classes.

The course is taught by experienced industry professionals and grounded in current, real-life case studies. Participants will explore every stage of the transaction — from acquisition and ownership structures to financing, leasing, operations, and the legal and business issues that arise during ownership.

Course Details

Start Date: March 18

Schedule: Wednesdays, 6–8 p.m. (7 weeks)

Note: No class April 1 (Passover seder)
