Real Estate Services Alliance is excited to invite you to our upcoming RESA and Fordham University Real Estate Institute collaboration on Tuesday, March 4th, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Fordham Law School’s Costantino Room.

The event will begin with 30 minutes of networking, followed by an insightful fireside chat featuring Marion Jones (Avison Young) and Lonnie Hendry (Trepp), who will share expert insights on the evolving distressed real estate market.

Following this discussion, a panel of industry leaders will explore key challenges, opportunities, and strategies for navigating distressed assets in today’s market. Panelists include RESA Members Brian Cohen, James Nelson, and Scott Aiese, along with special guest Gary Curwin of Morgan Stanley.
